PETRAPOS USER AGREEMENT
This user agreement ("Agreement") is effective between Users (employees of the company), Subscribers (company owners), and the PetraPOS service provider ("PetraPOS", "We", "Our") before using the services provided through the PetraPOS platform ("Platform"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for accessing and using PetraPOS services (website, mobile application, API services, etc.).

1. DEFINITIONS

PetraPOS: PetraPOS is an automation and accounting platform specifically designed for carpet cleaning businesses. Users can add their services to the platform, but sales transactions are not conducted through PetraPOS. The platform provides tools for business management, income/expense tracking, and reporting.
Subscriber: A company owner who subscribes to the PetraPOS platform and uses the platform to manage their business, including access to payment processing and platform features.
User: An individual authorized by the Subscriber to perform tasks within the business and operate on the platform with permissions defined by the Subscriber.

2. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

User Access: Users can log into the PetraPOS platform with permissions granted by the Subscriber. Users must use the platform solely in accordance with their workplace duties and follow the rules and limits set by the Subscriber.
Responsibility: Users are responsible for all actions performed on the PetraPOS platform, including but not limited to adding products, managing accounting processes, and utilizing the platform's features.
Accuracy & Security: Users must ensure the accuracy and security of their actions on the platform. Any detected security breaches must be immediately reported to the Subscriber and PetraPOS.
Legal and Ethical Use: Users agree to use the PetraPOS platform in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Users are responsible for any unlawful activities, fraud, or deceptive practices.
Service Validity: Users must ensure that the services they add to the platform are approved by the Subscriber and comply with the law.

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

Subscription Creation: Subscribers must create a subscription and pay for the selected plan to use the PetraPOS platform.
Payment Terms: Subscribers agree to pay the subscription fee regularly to access all platform features.
Subscription Period: Subscribers may choose a subscription period (monthly, yearly, etc.). Fees are automatically renewed unless cancellation is requested at least 30 days in advance.
Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription fees are paid by the Subscriber using the payment methods provided by PetraPOS and are non-refundable.

4. PETRAPOS' RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Service Availability: PetraPOS commits to providing uninterrupted platform access but accepts no liability for service disruptions or errors. Maintenance and updates will be communicated to Users and Subscribers.
Infrastructure: PetraPOS provides the technological infrastructure necessary for smooth payment systems and accounting processes, enabling Subscribers to manage their businesses effectively.
Content Responsibility: PetraPOS is not responsible for the accuracy of the content uploaded by Users or Subscribers. Responsibility for any errors, fraud, or illegal content lies with the User or Subscriber.
Account Suspension: PetraPOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in illegal activities.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Data Security: Users and Subscribers agree that PetraPOS takes necessary measures to protect personal information provided to the platform.
Data Use: PetraPOS will use the information of Users and Subscribers solely to provide services. Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
User Conduct: Users must respect the confidentiality of data on the platform and ensure that only lawful and accurate data is shared.

6. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Service Guarantees: PetraPOS does not guarantee the accuracy, security, or uninterrupted availability of platform services. Users and Subscribers cannot hold PetraPOS liable for any damages or losses arising from platform use.
Service Interruptions: PetraPOS is not responsible for interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Subscriber Responsibility: Subscribers are responsible for all activities performed on the platform and must take precautions against misuse by third parties.

7. AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT

PetraPOS reserves the right to modify this Agreement, service terms, and platform rules at any time in compliance with applicable laws. Changes will take effect as of the publication date on the PetraPOS platform.
Users and Subscribers agree to these changes and commit to adhering to the updated Agreement as long as they continue using the platform.

8. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

Violation Consequences: If the Subscriber or User violates this Agreement, PetraPOS may restrict or terminate platform access unilaterally.
Termination Due to Misconduct: Subscribers providing false information or engaging in illegal activities may have their subscriptions canceled by PetraPOS.
Rights Expiration: When Users or Subscribers leave the platform, all their rights are terminated, and platform access is revoked.

9. EFFECTIVENESS AND VALIDITY

This Agreement becomes effective upon approval by the Subscriber and User.
If any clause of the Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in effect.

User Acknowledgment
This Agreement becomes effective as soon as you start using the PetraPOS platform. By reading and accepting this Agreement, you can access and use the platform.
